We love our community and we want to do our part in fostering the vibrant spirit of Fredonia by creating a space where all people can feel welcome. We often have the privilege of partnering with Main Street Studios to cater and support their performances. We will host events to showcase our local talents through live bands and art exhibitions. We will open our doors in the Spring of 2026, and look forward to many more years to come.

Café Jitters aims to be a vibrant and cozy gathering spot that combines the artisanal coffee experience with the refreshing creativity of alcohol-free mocktails. We strive to offer a creative, inclusive, and energizing environment for all ages, from early risers to night owls.

To become the leading destination in the city for non-alcoholic social beverages and coffee, setting the standard for taste, ambiance, and inclusivity.
How We Earned Our Name
Our drinks are the best remedy for when your "get up and go," gets up and leaves! Believe you, me; replying to emails, journaling, and making new friends is so much easier when you have a tasty treat to cheer you on. Our drinks are energizing and full of flavor, so you'll feel electric with every sip.
